Situated on a roomy Pasadena lot with more than a half-acre of land, this Spanish-style residence sits north of the Rose Bowl and boasts views across the surrounding hills.

Built in 1924, it was designed by influential architect Paul R. Williams and has been dubbed in listing material as the “Flint House.”

The 3,708-square-foot home looks impressive enough for a name. A vine-draped pergola frames the entrance to the two-story residence and trees and neatly landscaped vegetation surround the home on all sides.

Interior features include Spanish tile floors, beamed ceilings, arched entryways, picture windows, and French doors. The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with a formal dining room and a library with walls of built-in shelving.
