When we purchased this historic 1908 Craftsman property, it had years of deferred maintenance and historically inappropriate remodels. Our design
approach to the restoration was to bring the house back to its original historical heritage enhanced with modern amenities. The restoration included paint stripping and wood re-staining, extensive fine mill work, a new kitchen, historically correct lighting fixtures, hardware and paint palette, as well as new and refinished hardwood floors, replacement of windows and doors, plaster repair, a new HVAC (split system, upstairs / downstairs), upgraded electrical and plumbing, and a new roof. The house was featured in Old House Interiors.
