We found our Malibu clients a desert getaway, beautiful views, pool, a perfect escape from their busy lives in LA. They had a vision and we were able to connect them with a team of workers that performed a quick mini renovation – paint, floors, minor repairs, and landscaping. They ordered and shipped new furniture, and quickly moved in and were relaxing poolside in no time. So great to see how they transformed this sleeping beauty! This Mid-Century Modern home had good bones, already updated kitchen and baths, open beam ceilings, wonderful french doors overlooking a very private backyard with mature landscaping, amazing west-facing views of the San Jacinto Mountains, and an outside built-in bar and outdoor covered dining area. Great for entertaining! The property is walled and gated across from the Tahquitz wash, great for long walks, with a bonus room off the two-car garage. Tons of potential that was quite simply and quickly realized!
