Welcome to California form New York City Jody and Andrew! Referred to us by another client. We set out looking for a fabulous fixer for them in Palm Springs, a second home to escape NYC winters! They made it an adventure, drove across country with a mission, and by the time they headed back, we had found the perfect home and had put the design and construction team together to work with them get the renovation done. It was the perfect spot, a corner lot with incredible views and natural light, and an unfinished pool – a cosmetic fixer that after inspections proved to be structurally sound, and just in need of a makeover, some good taste, and the right team to get the project done. We cannot wait to see the transformation of this property and Jody and Andrew cannot wait to escape to the desert from NYC winters!
