Our clients from Los Angeles purchased this Spanish La Quinta pool home to use as a second home. Looking for a getaway from their busy Los Angeles lives, they had very specific wants and needs. We searched the entire Coachella Valley, to acquaint them with the different characteristics of the valley – how Palm Springs differs from Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, etc. They fell in love with La Quinta for its beauty and quiet lifestyle. They wanted a pool, room for both to work from home, a yoga studio for Stephanie to teach in, as well as space for Eddy to set up a workshop, ample room for two beloved cats, and they loved the idea of living on a golf course! They got it all, and more than they ever expected! We have had much success in being the winning offer in this very competitive market, on properties such as this, that received multiple offers, and we got them the property! We put them in touch with our friends and designers Michael and Lee who helped them renovate and furnish the property. They enjoyed it so much that they decided to move there permanently and lease out their Marina del Rey home!
